From the way we source our green beans, to the method used to roast our coffee, to the precise care we take to prepare each drink, to the way we interact with the coffee farmers, our employees, and customers… excellence is key!

The owners of Spearhead Coffee are comprised of three artisans (L-R, Joseph Gerardis, Jeremy Sizemore, and Matt Klomp) who are passionate about the craft of coffee. Every part to the journey is crucial: the farmers we work with, the importing broker we process with, the roasting profiles we fine-tune, the baristas we hire and train, our wholesale customers we equip and deliver to, and the cafe guests we serve and build relationships with… every step is important!

It is our hope that Spearhead Coffee will be a positive force in both the local and global community, both in the Central Coast of California and the countries overseas we work with!
